These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other agreements governing your relationship with G9CM (including, without limitation, any partnership agreement(s) and subscription agreement(s) relating to your investments in funds or companies managed by G9CM) (“Additional Agreements”) apply to your use of this Site. Particular attention is drawn to the provisions limiting our liability, especially those at Clause 2 (Liability). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable provisions of the Additional Agreements. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access any part of this Site. G9CM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to this Site at any time if, in our absolute discretion, we believe you have not complied with these Terms or any applicable provisions of any Additional Agreements, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies.

• Any breach by you of these Terms or any Additional Agreement;

• Any act or omission of any G9CM Person (including negligence);

• Your use of, or inability to use, this Site, its Content, or any linked material;

• Any viruses, malware, errors, or failures in computer transmissions or network communications;

• Any changes made to the Content by unauthorised third parties,

even if G9CM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You accept that electronic communications may be subject to interference by third parties. G9CM is not liable for any loss resulting from such interference. If you knowingly use viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, denial-of-service attacks, or any other malicious or technologically harmful material on our Site (“Viruses”), your right to use the Site will cease immediately, without prejudice to all other rights and remedies. G9CM shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by Viruses to your computer equipment, software, data, or proprietary material due to your use of this Site.

This Site is controlled and operated by G9CM from the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Content is intended only for persons to whom it may lawfully be communicated. G9CM makes no representation that Content is appropriate for any jurisdiction outside the British Virgin Islands.
